Shipping Policy

Thank you for sailing with Cranston's Bean & Mariner Coffee Co.! Below you will find our shipping guidelines, as we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer standard and expedited shipping options.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Standard Shipping: 5–14 business days.
Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations.

International delivery times vary by country and may be subject to customs delays. Please allow extra time for delivery to military and diplomatic postal addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), which can take several weeks or longer.

Please ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout, as we are unable to reroute or recover shipments once they are in transit. Our carriers will do their best to ensure delivery to the first point of delivery in the destination country. Once a shipment has been delivered to that point, neither the store nor our carriers have control over the final delivery.

Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order on our Track Your Order page at https://cbemartco.com/pages/track-your-order.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@cbemartco.com and we will make it right.

Shipping Restrictions & Regional Availability

Due to international trade sanctions, export control regulations, and carrier suspensions, we do not ship to the following countries or regions:

North Korea (DPRK)
Iran
Cuba
Syria
Russia
Belarus
Ukraine (Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions)

Orders placed from or destined for these locations will be automatically cancelled and refunded. This list is subject to change in accordance with applicable U.S. and international trade laws.

Regional Shipping Availability: Shipping availability to certain regions, including parts of Africa and the Caribbean, may be limited based on our fulfillment partners' coverage. If your country is not supported at checkout, please contact us at support@cbemartco.com and we will do our best to find an alternative shipping solution for you.
